1. Our Standard video tape conversion rate is $35 for the first half hour of each tape, then $25 per half hour thereafter, and includes DVD chapter points every 5 minutes, and a personalised DVD menu, cover and label. The cost depends upon the amount of footage on the tape - we charge in 15 minute blocks. A minimum charge of $35 for tapes under 30 minutes in length applies.
2. We create a still DVD menu and a personalised DVD label and cover that we believe suits the content of the DVD.
3. Only VHS, S-VHS, VHS-C, S-VHS, Betamax, Digital-8, Video-8, Hi-8, DVCAM and MiniDV video tape formats are eligible to be converted. For other format conversions, please contact big egg media for an estimate.
4. By agreeing to have your video converted by big egg media, you are confirming that your video is not of a commercial nature (e.g. feature film), and that is has been created for and will be converted for personal, private use only (e.g. family video). By engaging the services of big egg media, you acknowledges that you are the legal copyright holder and/or licensee of the recorded material submitted for conversion and duplication, or to have gained all the necessary copyright clearances.
5. Big egg media will not be held responsible for any penalties, fines or prosecutions that have been the result of copyright infringements, or the result of having a video converted to DVD.
6. It is up to the discretion of big egg media whether videos are suitable to be converted. Big egg media will not convert any videos that are of a violent, abusive, pornographic or inappropriate nature.
7. Your converted data and video is guaranteed to be stored in big egg media's conversion archives for up to one month only. Within that time, you can purchase additional copies for $15 per single DVD copy. If you wish for your data and video to be stored in the archives for longer than one month after the invoice date, additional fees may be charged.
9. Quality of the converted video may depend upon the length of the converted video. As the length of the video increases, the quality of the converted video may decrease slightly.
11. This service is provided 'as is', and is under no warranty. We are not responsible for any damages or losses, including, but not limited to, that of personal or commercial business, video tapes, data, equipment or finances.

5. Quality of the converted audio may depend upon the length of format the original and converted audio. Due to the nature of conversions, there can be some variance in the nature (including balance, mix or overall volume) of the converted audio.
6. This service is provided 'as is', and is under no warranty. We are not responsible for any damages or losses, including, but not limited to, that of personal or commercial business, audio tapes, vinyl records, reel to reel tapes, data, equipment or finances.
7. No high priority service is available in conjunction with special deals.
